You are responsible for paying for the Course in full and for providing Coach with a valid credit card or other payment method. If the payment is declined, returned or deemed fraudulent, your access to the Course will be terminated until all payments are made in full. If you enrolled through the payment plan and you miss a payment, your access to the Course and coaching will be suspended until you provide a valid credit card or other payment method. Multiple missed payments may result in termination of your access to the Course unless all remaining payments are made in full.
Due to the nature of the material and Course delivery, no refunds will be provided.
To access certain features of the Course, you may need a username and/or password. You agree to keep this information confidential and not share it with anyone else.
Being part of this Course requires mutual trust and confidentiality. Authentic, expressive discussions may be sensitive, and are private. What's shared in group interactions must stay in the group.
Coach and all Course members work together to create a welcoming environment. Behavioral expectations as they pertain to group interactions: Healthy debates may arise from time to time, but support is crucial and kindness is required. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about topics such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Coach will use her discretion to provide a private warning to any member whose behavior is in question. If the warning is not adhered to, Coach may be required to remove the member from group interactions.
Lifetime access of all online components is activated with your purchase. Lifetime access is defined as no less than exactly 1 calendar year after purchase or when FemFusion Wellness LLC is no longer rendering services at the subdomain, femfusionfitness.newzenler.com.
Any meetings scheduled including one-on-one sessions and/or organized group calls may be changed or cancelled with no prior notice in case of emergency or illness. This is very unlikely and Coach will give as much notice as possible in the event of a meeting that needs to be canceled and rescheduled.
Coach may collect information from you when you purchase the Course, access private membership pages, or otherwise communicate via an online form, e-mail or through social media. The information collected may include your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and billing information.
Coach collects such information in order to send e-mails, fulfill orders, deliver services and products, complete customer transactions, oversee promotions and improve website performance and customer service.
