When I started your Lift series everything changed almost immediately. I started the first elevation move where you put the pillow under your hips and I could feel all of my organs slide back into place. By the second week my incontinence (which I’m pretty sure was cause by over-kegeling) was almost completely gone and by the 5th week, my vaginal cavity started to take on somewhat of a normal shape and the “heaviness” significantly reduced. I still “lift” everyday and will probably continue to do so for the rest of my life as a means to manage my symptoms, which have become minimal thanks to your program.
