I was diagnosed with stage 1 bladder prolapse and vaginal atrophy. Decided to Google it and found Dr Bri. I first did her Lift series then I did the 30 day kegel camp. I am so amazed at the difference in my body and the confidence and calm I feel in my body. I recommend Dr Bri to any one who has bladder leakage and pelvic tension and also to healthy women.
